All orders are shipped via DHL with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 3-7business days to most destinations. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. We will send DHL tracking No by shipping notice in mail. so please check your registed mailbox for tracing your order timely. Under some special case We reserve the right to change the express courier or delivery method when necessary.

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or force majeure; we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, Pls return incorrect products we sent back to us and shipping cost covered by our side.

Therefore, it is essential to use a natural oil to help moisturize your wig between washes. Argon oil is fantastic at keeping the hair strands moisturized and soft.
• When washing your wig with shampoo, avoid rubbing it to prevent the hair from tangling, which could damage your hair. Instead, when washing it, lather a small amount of soap in your hands and gently work the shampoo through the strands and base until thoroughly saturated, always keeping the hair going the same direction.
• Rinse to remove the soap: Rinse your hair with cool water, always running the water in the direction of the hair (from top to bottom) until the shampoo is completely removed.
• Condition your hair: Repeat the same process with the conditioner except remember to avoid the roots of the hair as over conditioning can cause the knots to loosen over time.
• Dry the hair: When drying the hair, use a dry towel to remove the excess water blow-dry on low heat to avoid damaging it.
