To find the right fit, measure your head circumference using a soft tape measure. Then, refer to the size chart located below each product page to select the best size. Most wigs also come with adjustable straps for added comfort.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click the link, or enter the tracking number on our shipping partner's website to see real-time updates on the status of your delivery. How can I use a promo code or coupon?

What are your policies regarding returns?
The wig must be in its original condition with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace, as wigs are personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritizing customer safety and hygiene.
How do I request a refund?
To cancel / refund an order, contact EVR's Customer Care team within one hour of placing it.
